Can we just talk about this? On Christmas Day 2006, Michael asks his children what they want to do to when they’re older. When he asks them what they want to do he doesn’t question it or tell them that it might be unattainable; he’s excited. He lets them be themselves. He raised them to think for themselves; to be creative, to appreciate what they have and to care for other people. Just amazing parenting. In the end they all want to be just like their daddy.
Prince, Paris and Blanket visit Michael’s childhood home in Gary, Indiana, for the city’s birthday celebrations for their father.
November 28 2002 - Bunte, a German magazine, features an exclusive interview with Michael. Michael speaks about his embarrassment at having to wear his new glasses at the Bambi Awards. - ”That was embarrassing. I wore my new reading glasses for the first time in public.”
Michael also explained how his children respond to the fans: “Paris is imitating me now. When I call ‘I love you’ to the fans she also calls ‘I love you. I love you too from the bottom of my heart.’”
He also says: “They love the Spiderman clothes. They have seen the movie about a dozen times.” - ”Playstations or computers are not allowed in the house.” and that he reads his children fairy tales during breakfast.
